Dallas VA Medical Center Welcomes the Public to Annual Community Health Fair

DALLAS – VA North Texas Health Care System will host its 23rd Annual Community Health Fair Saturday, November 3, at Dallas VA Medical Center located at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd. The event will be held in the Atrium from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. Free services will be provided to the community, including:

  • blood pressure checks
  • EKG tracing
  • prostate screening
  • information regarding legal aid, DART, Social Security Administration, Urban League of Dallas and various other services
  • limited quantities of flu vaccines for Veterans only (must bring Veteran identification card or DD-214)

Community Health Fair at Dallas VA Medical Center

Mammogram services must be pre-registered with Methodist Health Connection at 214-947-0026. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify (sponsored by Susan G. Komen for the Cure).
