Dallas VA Medical Center Welcomes the Public to Annual Community Health Fair November 7

VA North Texas Health Care System will host its 26th annual Community Health Fair Saturday, November 7, at Dallas VA Medical Center located at 4500 S. Lancaster Rd. The event will be held in the Atrium from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Free services will be provided to the community, including: 

  • Blood pressure checks
  • Diabetic teaching
  • Family Dentistry information
  • Information regarding DARS, Senior Helpers, USAA, OEF/OIF and various other services.
  • Limited quantities of flu vaccines for Veterans only (must bring Veteran identification card or DD-214)

Mammogram services sponsored by Susan G. Komen for the Cure must be pre-registered by calling 214-947-0026. Financial assistance is available for those who qualify.
