The Homeless Mobile Medical and Mental Health Veterans Clinic (HMMM-V) is an outreach recreational vehicle equipped to provide medical, mental health, social services, and peer support services to unsheltered Veterans experiencing homelessness. The HMMM-V Clinic provides services directly to Veterans in unsheltered environments  outdoors and special events across North Texas upon request.

  • Reaches out to Veterans who are homeless in the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
  •  Attempts to find unsheltered Veterans eligible for VA services who need to be connected to care.
  • Helps to verify and enroll Veterans for VA services.
  •  Delivers services to Veterans in unsheltered outdoor settings.
  • Provides immediate medical, mental health care, social services, and peer support.
  • Assistance can be coordinated by calling the HMMMV Clinic at 214-783-1179.
