Levi Campbell, PharmD
Meghan Duquette, Pharm.D.

Dr. Campbell is a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident at the VA North Texas Health Care System. Dr. Campbell received his Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Texas at Arlington in 2011 and his Doctor of Pharmacy from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in 2016. He is appointed as an Assistant Clinical Instructor at TTUHSC SOP and looks forward to precepting 3rd year students. His pharmacy interests include ambulatory care, internal medicine, and pharmacy management. He is a member of the American Society of Health System Pharmacists and Rho Chi. During his free time, Dr. Campbell enjoys cooking for his family and making salsa, trying new restaurants, hiking, taking trips with his wife, playing basketball, and listening to Texas Country Music. He is excited to become a father to his first daughter in October of 2016.

Oluchi Emelogu, PharmD
Catlin Grisham-Takac, Pharm.D.

Dr. Emelogu is a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice resident at the VA North Texas Health Care System. She received her Pharm.D. from Texas Southern University College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Houston, Texas. She is appointed as an Assistant Clinical Instructor at the Texas Tech University School of Pharmacy where she precepts 3rd year pharmacy students. Her practice interests include ambulatory care, specifically focusing on anticoagulation and diabetes management. Dr. Emelogu is currently a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Rho Chi Honor Society, and a brother of Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, Inc. In her free time, she loves to watch movies, read novels and spend time with family and friends.


Mehwish Mahmood, PharmD
Ryan Hadley, Pharm.D.

Dr. Mahmood is currently a PGY1 pharmacy practice resident at VANTHCS.  She received her B.S. in Pharmacology from the State University of New York (SUNY) – Stony Brook in Long Island, New York before pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy at Touro College of Pharmacy in New York, NY. Appointed as an Assistant Clinical Instructor at TTUHSC-SOP, she precepts third year Pharm.D. students. Her current areas of interests are in critical care, ambulatory care and infectious disease with intentions to complete a PGY2 in one of the respective areas. She is a member of ASHP, APhA, Rho Chi Honor Society, Phi Lambda Sigma Honor Society and Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity.

Danni McMahan, PharmD
Elaine Lo, Pharm.D.

Dr. McMahan is currently a PGY1 Pharmacy Practice resident at the VA North Texas Health Care System in Dallas, Texas. Dr. McMahan is also appointed as an Assistant Clinical Instructor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy (TTUHSC-SOP). She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biochemistry from McMurry University in Abilene, Texas before pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at TTUHSC-SOP in Abilene, Texas. Her practice interests include ambulatory care, mental health, research, and spinal cord injury. Currently, Dr. McMahan is a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, American Pharmacists Association, Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, and Rho Chi. During her free time, she enjoys watching soccer, reading, and going to the movies. Following completion of the PGY1 residency, Dr. McMahan plans to pursue a PGY2 specialty residency in ambulatory care.


Bo Hyung Song, PharmD
Heidi Michaels, Pharm.D.

 

Dr. Song is currently a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Resident at VANTHCS.  She received her B.A. in Applied Sciences and Doctor of Pharmacy at the University of the Pacific, Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy and Health Sciences in Stockton, California.  Appointed as an Assistant Clinical Instructor at TTUHSC-SOP, she preceptors pharmacy students in their 3rd professional year. Her practice interests include ambulatory care and infectious disease. Dr. Song is currently a member of the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, Rho Chi Honor Society, and Rho Pi Phi International Pharmacy Fraternity.

Meghan Duquette, PharmD
Ruby Oh, Pharm.D.

Dr. Duquette is currently a PGY2 Psychiatric Pharmacy Resident at the VA North Texas Health Care System and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in Dallas, Texas.  She received her Bachelor of Science degree in biology from Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas before pursuing her Doctor of Pharmacy degree at Belmont University College of Pharmacy in Nashville, Tennessee. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice residency at the VA North Texas Health Care System and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in Dallas, Texas. Her practice interests include schizophrenia, PTSD, and substance abuse. Dr. Duquette is a member of the American Pharmacists Association, American Society of Health-Systems Pharmacists, and College of Psychiatric and Neurologic Pharmacists. During her free time, Dr. Duquette enjoys traveling, shopping, baking, reading, and puppies.

Dr. Hadley is currently a PGY-2 Pharmacy Specialty Resident in Ambulatory Care at the VA North Texas Healthcare System and Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Dallas, TX. Dr. Hadley obtained his Doctor of Pharmacy from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in 2015 and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Abilene Christian University in 2012. He completed his PGY-1 in pharmacy practice at the  VA North Texas Healthcare System. His pharmacy interest are diabetes and pain management. Dr. Hadley is a member of American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and American College of Clinical Pharmacy. He enjoys being outdoors, basketball, golf, exercising and reading.

Jordan Light, PharmD
Lauren Adams, Pharm.D.

 

Dr. Light is a PGY2 Geriatrics Specialty Resident at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy and the North Texas VA Healthcare System in Dallas, TX. She received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in May 2015. She then completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center in Boise, Idaho. She is currently a member of ASHP, ACCP, and ASCP. Her practice interests within geriatrics include acute care, neurology, and cardiology. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, hiking, attempting to cook, and binge watching shows on Netflix.

Dr. Lo is a PGY2 Ambulatory Care Resident at VANTHCS and TTUHSC SOP in Dallas. She graduated with her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from The University of Texas at Austin and the University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio in 2015. She completed her PGY1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at the VA North Texas Health Care System. She is an Assistant Clinical Instructor at TTUHSC SOP and precepts pharmacy students in their 3rd professional year. Her practice interests include chronic diseases, smoking cessation, and infectious diseases. She is a member of the American Pharmacists Association and ASHP.

Heidi Michaels, PharmD
Stephy Kuriakose, Pharm.D.

 

Dr. Michaels is a PGY2 Critical Care Pharmacy Resident at the VA North Texas Healthcare System in Dallas, Texas. Originally from Plano, Texas,  she received her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in 2015. Dr. Michaels completed her PGY1 residency at the VA North Texas Healthcare System in Dallas, Texas. Her practice interests include critical care, academia, and infectious diseases. Dr. Michaels is currently a member of Society of Critical Care Medicine, Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity, American College of Clinical Pharmacy, American Society of Health-System Pharmacists, and Phi Lambda Sigma. In her free time, she enjoys sailing, yoga, and spending time with her friends and family.


Olga Shvarts, PharmD
Whitney Zentgraf, Pharm.D.

 

Dr. Shvarts is a PGY-2 Critical Care Specialty Resident at VANTHCS and TTUHSC SOP in Dallas. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Biology from the University of Texas at Austin in 2011 and her Doctor of Pharmacy degree from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center School of Pharmacy in 2015. She later went on to complete a PGY-1 Pharmacy Practice Residency at Abbott Northwestern Hospital in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Her practice interests include critical care, cardiology, emergency medicine, and academia. Dr. Shvarts is currently a member of ASHP, ACCP, and SCCM.
